Simple Modify Header 是一个本地运行的浏览器扩展，用于按照用户明确创建的规则添加、覆盖或删除 HTTP 请求头和响应头。扩展没有账号系统、云同步或开发者服务器。
本地存储的数据
扩展使用 chrome.storage.local 在当前浏览器配置目录中保存配置名称和描述、Header 的 Key 和 Value、网址过滤条件、启用状态与界面语言。这些数据不会上传给开发者或第三方。Header 值可能包含用户主动输入的 Token、Cookie、Authorization、API Key 或其他敏感信息，并且只用于应用用户可见的 Header 规则。
数据传输与导出
扩展不会传输、出售或共享配置，也不会让开发者或第三方人工访问配置。只有用户主动使用“导出”时，才会在本地生成包含配置内容的 JSON 文件；导出文件由用户自行管理。
不收集的数据
扩展不读取或收集浏览历史、网页 DOM 或正文、表单内容、键盘输入、账号数据、广告标识符、分析数据或崩溃遥测。扩展不包含内容脚本、广告、统计 SDK、跟踪代码或远程代码，也不会向自有或第三方服务发起数据请求。
权限用途
storage 用于本地保存配置；declarativeNetRequest 用于生成 Chrome 动态规则；HTTP/HTTPS 主机权限用于把用户创建的规则应用到用户选择的网站，不用于读取网页内容。
保留、删除与有限使用
本地配置保留到用户清除扩展存储或卸载扩展为止；导出文件需由用户自行删除。数据仅用于根据用户创建的本地规则修改 HTTP 请求头和响应头，不用于广告、画像、信用评估、销售或其他无关目的。

Simple Modify Header is a locally operated browser extension that adds, overrides, or removes HTTP request and response headers according to rules explicitly created by the user. It has no account system, cloud synchronization, or developer-operated server.
Data stored locally
The extension uses chrome.storage.local to store profile names and descriptions, Header keys and values, URL filters, enablement state, and interface locale. This data is not uploaded. Header values may contain tokens, cookies, Authorization values, API keys, or other sensitive information chosen by the user and are used only to apply user-visible Header rules.
Transfer and export
The extension does not transmit, sell, share, or provide human access to configuration data. A JSON file containing configuration values is created locally only when the user explicitly uses Export; exported files remain under the user's control.
Data not collected
The extension does not read or collect browsing history, page DOM or content, form data, keystrokes, account data, advertising identifiers, analytics, or crash telemetry. It contains no content scripts, advertisements, analytics SDKs, tracking code, or remote code and makes no data requests to developer-operated or third-party services.
Permission use
storage persists configuration locally; declarativeNetRequest creates Chrome dynamic rules; HTTP/HTTPS host access applies user-created rules to user-selected sites and is not used to read page content.
Retention, deletion, and Limited Use
Local configuration remains until extension storage is cleared or the extension is uninstalled; exported files must be deleted by the user. Data is used only to modify HTTP request and response headers according to local rules created by the user, not for advertising, profiling, creditworthiness, sale, or unrelated purposes.
